Pay by Phone

For 24/7 payment convenience, our automated phone system is always available. We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and electronic checks.

Simply dial our Interactive Voice Response system at (520) 791-3242. Please note that customers with overdue accounts or disrupted services using this method may need to contact Customer Service to confirm their payment has been processed.

Pay by Mail

If you prefer traditional mail, you can send your payment using the pre-addressed envelope included with your bill. If you are using your own envelope, please mail your payment to:

Dropboxes are accessible at the following locations for payment drop-offs at any time:

Cashier Payment Centers

Cashiers are available at the locations listed below, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. They accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, money orders, and cash payments.

Authorized Third-Party Vendors

You can also pay your utility bill at authorized third-party vendors such as Walmart and Western Union locations. Please be aware that payments made through these vendors may take 7-10 days to process. Therefore, this method is not recommended for accounts that are delinquent or have had their utility service interrupted.

Please note that a $28 fee will be applied to cover processing costs for any returned checks.
