Furthermore, to verify appointments and biometric data collections, and for program integrity purposes, your information may be shared with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Any use of your information aimed at service improvement will never lead to an administrative decision directly affecting you.

Third-Party Service Provider

Please be aware that Service Canada utilizes services provided by Microsoft Corporation, a third-party provider, for this appointment booking application. As a result, your information may be stored and processed on servers that could be subject to foreign legal jurisdictions. Your Rights and Protections

Your personal information is managed in compliance with the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, the Privacy Act, and all other pertinent Canadian legislation.
