- PDSES Parent Portal: After logging in to My SPEDTex, parents access the PDSES Parent Portal and provide contact information.
- Adding Student Information: Parents add their eligible student(s) using their Unique Identification Number (UID), Social Security Number (SSN), or State Alternate ID (S#). Student’s first name, last name, and date of birth are also required.
- Submitting the Application: Once the application window opens, parents can submit an application for each eligible child.
