CB2 Sales Associates are the linchpin of our customer’s journey. You are the face of our brand, embodying the friendly, outgoing, and inherently motivated spirit that resonates with our clientele. Your genuine passion for our modern designs translates into an infectious energy on the sales floor, making shopping an enjoyable and memorable experience that fosters customer loyalty and return visits. Guided by the Management Team, your primary focus will be on achieving and surpassing daily sales targets while becoming a trusted product expert. You will be the go-to person for customer inquiries, ensuring the sales floor is not only visually appealing but also impeccably organized and inviting, ready to inspire every shopper.
Your Day in Elevating CB2 Customer Service…
- Embody and demonstrate exceptional selling techniques, superior customer service skills, effective merchandising practices, and seamless teamwork.
- Support the management team in fostering leadership, providing training, and promoting collaborative teamwork across the sales floor and in the stockroom, all contributing to a positive customer service environment.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all CB2 products, staying informed of the most up-to-date information to effectively assist customers and enhance their customer service experience.
- Stay informed about current advertising campaigns, promotional offers, and catalog features, as well as merchandise availability, to provide informed customer service and drive sales.
- Uphold company standards in customer service by delivering gracious, prompt, and efficient service with a positive and engaging attitude to every customer.
- Maintain optimal floor coverage, adhering to scheduled counter assignments to ensure consistent customer service availability.
- Prioritize driving sales and consistently achieving sales objectives through excellent customer service and product expertise.
- Utilize creative problem-solving and effective selling strategies to maintain a customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach in all customer service interactions.
- Foster a strong team dynamic by collaborating respectfully and efficiently with all team members, enhancing the overall customer service delivery.
- Model and reinforce the company’s customer service standards to ensure a consistently high level of service.
- Proactively engage with customers, demonstrating attentiveness to their needs and providing personalized customer service.
- Assist customers in making informed merchandising choices, offering gracious and efficient customer service throughout their shopping experience.
What You Bring to the CB2 Customer Experience…
- Proven customer service experience is highly preferred, with retail experience being advantageous in delivering excellent cb2 customer service.
- Proficient reading and written communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal and basic arithmetic skills to effectively handle customer service interactions and sales transactions.
- Physical capability to move and lift items up to 50 lbs, with team assistance available for heavier products, ensuring efficient store operations and customer service support.
We’re Excited About Candidates Who Have…
- For Full-Time Roles: Open availability to accommodate flexible work hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, to meet the demands of customer service and store operations.
- For Part-Time Roles: Availability to work a minimum of two weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or evening, ensuring consistent customer service coverage during peak times.
