Imagine being in the middle of an important phone call, only to have your service cut out completely. This became a recurring nightmare for us after switching to Xfinity Mobile a few years ago. For months, we’ve been plagued by intermittent cell service loss, with our phone abruptly dropping to zero bars. This issue occurs seemingly at random, even in areas with historically strong service. Sometimes the connection returns within minutes, other times a phone reset is required, and in the worst cases, we remain without service for hours on end. For someone working from home in telemedicine, this kind of unreliable xfinity phone service is simply unacceptable and creates major disruptions.

Exhaustive Troubleshooting Efforts with Xfinity Mobile

  • Upgraded Mobile Phones: Thinking the issue might be device-related, we upgraded phones multiple times. Starting with a Samsung S8, we moved to a Samsung A52 and then a Motorola 5G. Disappointingly, the same xfinity phone service problems persisted across all three devices.
