Pay Your Utility Bill by Phone

For 24/7 payment accessibility, our phone payment system is readily available. We accept payments from major networks including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and electronic checks.

Simply dial our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at (520) 791-3242 to pay your utility bill over the phone. Please note that customers with overdue accounts or disrupted water services using phone payment should contact Customer Service to confirm payment processing and service restoration.

Pay Your Utility Bill by Mail

If you prefer traditional mail payments, you can easily send your payment using the pre-addressed envelope included with your utility bill. If using your own envelope, please ensure it is addressed to:

For customers who prefer in-person utility payments, we offer several accessible locations.

Secure Dropbox Payments

Dropboxes are conveniently located at multiple service centers, allowing you to drop off your utility payments at any time, 24/7.

Pay with a Cashier During Business Hours

Cashier services are available at select locations from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cashiers can process payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, money orders, or cash.

Utilize Third-Party Vendor Locations

For added convenience, you can pay your utility bills at participating third-party vendors such as Walmart and Western Union. Please be aware that payments made through third-party vendors may take 7-10 business days to be processed. This method is not recommended for accounts that are delinquent or have had their water service interrupted.

Please note that a $28 fee will be applied for any returned checks to cover processing costs.
