Utility Billing Services (UBS) provides flexible digital payment options. We accept electronic checks (eChecks) and credit and debit card payments 24/7 through Paymentus. Access your online account profile to manage your account and pay via eCheck, credit, or debit card. Alternatively, you can pay by phone 24 hours a day by calling 1.501.372.5161 and selecting option 3. Payments made via eCheck are always FREE! A $2.49 third-party convenience fee is applied by Paymentus for each online and telephone credit or debit card payment.
Quick Pay Locations: Local Payment Convenience
For convenient in-person payments, Central Arkansas Water has established a network of Quick Pay Locations. Over 22 authorized businesses in the Little Rock/North Little Rock area accept non-delinquent utility bill payments. These locations offer a local option for managing your utility billing services, often with real-time crediting to your account. Please note that these businesses typically charge a small convenience fee per transaction and only accept payments for current bills. Click here to find a location near you. Remember to bring your bill to ensure accurate and timely credit to your account. For direct service, customers can also continue to make payments at our downtown location at 221 East Capitol Avenue in Little Rock, using the drop boxes available on either side of the building.
