Starting this date, all Federal Home Loan Bank transactions related to Service Released commitments should be locked through Newrez. - Utilize the Newrez Client Portal: The client portal at newrezcorrespondent.com will be your central hub for announcements, updated guidelines, and managing suspense items. Document uploads can also be efficiently managed through this portal.
- Update Goodbye Letters: It is crucial to remove all references to Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC from your Goodbye letters and replace them with Newrez LLC.
- Revise Borrower Phone Number: Update the borrower phone number on your Goodbye Letters to 866-317-2347 to ensure borrowers have the correct contact information.
- Adjust Payment Address: Ensure the payment address on your Goodbye Letters is updated to: Newrez LLC P O Box 10826 Greenville SC 29603-0826 for accurate payment processing.
