Currently, Root Insurance employs over 600 individuals at its Columbus, Ohio headquarters and customer service center, with a total workforce exceeding 850 across the United States. Over the next five years, this new facility is projected to create 480 new jobs, significantly enhancing Root Insurance’s customer service infrastructure.
