To accommodate our expanding operations and future growth, we constructed a purpose-built facility. Our current location boasts 45,000 square feet situated on two acres, complete with paved parking for streamlined material handling. This spacious design ensures efficient loading and unloading, contributing to faster turnaround times and reduced logistical complexities for our clients. The facility was intentionally designed with scalability in mind, allowing us to readily expand our capabilities to meet the evolving demands of the laser cutting service industry.
Advanced Laser Cutting Technology: Precision and Speed
From our inception, Laser Cutting Service Inc. has invested in cutting-edge technology. We began with a single 60” x 120” Bystronic laser cutter and quickly expanded our capacity in response to increasing client demand. We now operate multiple Bystronic laser systems, including additional 60″ x 120″ machines and a larger Bystronic laser with an 80” x 160” table. Crucially, all our laser cutters are equipped with automated shuttle tables. This advanced feature allows for continuous cutting by enabling material changes to occur simultaneously with the cutting process. The result is significantly increased production throughput, reduced downtime, and ultimately, more cost-effective laser cutting services for our customers. Furthermore, all our machines are maintained to deliver exceptional precision, holding tolerances of +/-.005”.
