Direct support residential shifts at Heritage Christian Services offer competitive hourly wages up to $19.55. Day habilitation program staff start at $17.30 per hour. While a driver’s license is encouraged for some positions, non-driving roles are also available.

In the Finger Lakes region, programs are available in Brighton, Brockport, Chili, East Rochester, Fairport, Gates, Greece, Henrietta, Irondequoit, Macedon, Penfield, Pittsford, Rochester, Spencerport, and Webster. Western New York locations include Amherst, Clarence, Grand Island, Lancaster, Lockport, Lewiston, Hamburg, North Tonawanda, Sanborn, Tonawanda, and Wheatfield. Currently, no programs are located directly on a bus line.
