E-ZPass Customer Service: Your Guide to E-ZPass Plus

E-ZPass Plus offers E-ZPass customers the convenience of using their transponders for payments at participating locations displaying the E-ZPass Plus logo. This service is automatically available to E-ZPass users who maintain a prepaid balance and have a valid credit card linked for automatic replenishment. There are no extra fees to enroll in E-ZPass Plus; you only pay for the services you use.

How E-ZPass Plus Works

For transactions under $20, the charge is deducted from your existing E-ZPass prepaid account. Transactions of $20 or more are billed directly to the credit card associated with your E-ZPass account replenishment. All E-ZPass Plus transactions are detailed on your statement.

E-ZPass Customer Service: Enrollment and Contact Information

Most E-ZPass accounts with prepaid balances and automatic credit card replenishment are automatically enrolled in E-ZPass Plus. However, if you prefer not to participate, you can opt out by managing your account online, through the PA Toll Pay mobile app, or by contacting the E-ZPass customer service center. E-ZPass Plus Requirements: Credit Card Auto Replenishment

The E-ZPass Plus program requires automatic replenishment using a credit card. Customers using ACH or manual replenishment methods are not eligible for E-ZPass Plus. If you currently replenish via ACH or manual methods and wish to enroll in E-ZPass Plus, you must switch to credit card auto-replenishment. Contact the E-ZPass customer service center at the number provided above for assistance with changing your replenishment method.
