It’s common for confirmation emails to occasionally land in your spam or junk folder. If you haven’t seen your confirmation email, please take a moment to check these folders first. If it’s not there, don’t hesitate to contact us via email to verify that the correct email address was used for your order. You can also quickly check your order status online for real-time updates.
Need to Change or Cancel Your Order?
Once an online order is placed, our system immediately begins processing it to ensure swift delivery. This rapid processing means that we are generally unable to make changes or cancellations to your order once it’s been placed. However, if you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. Please understand that due to the automated nature of our order processing, changes are not always possible.
If you need to return an item ordered in error, please return it to us upon receipt following our standard return policy. To add items to a recently placed order, kindly place a new, separate order. Please be aware that refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover associated shipping costs.
