Understanding CPI’s Customer Service Commitment

CPI Training Program Policies and Customer Service
CPI’s training programs come with a satisfaction guarantee, allowing participants to retake a course for free under specific conditions. If a student is dissatisfied, they must notify CPI within 30 business days of the course completion by emailing [email protected]. The retake must occur within six months of notification. This guarantee applies only to publicly scheduled CPI Instructor Led Training classes and doesn’t cover transportation or lodging costs for the retake. CPI retains the right to offer a refund instead of a retake.
Cancellation policies are also in place. Cancellations made 15 or more days before a program start date are fully refundable, transferable to another individual, or to a future program. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but substitutions or transfers to another program within four months are possible for a $35 fee. Non-attendance incurs the full program fee. CPI Product Return Policy and Customer Support
CPI offers a customer care guarantee, allowing returns for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. Products must be in resalable condition, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
