Your Role as a Client Service Specialist

As a Client Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional Citi Bank Customer Service. Your primary responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction by providing a superior service experience from the moment they interact with our branch. You will be instrumental in creating “Exceptional Experiences” for every client.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Citi’s client service model within the branch environment to guarantee a consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Actively promoting Citi’s diverse range of products and services, guiding clients towards utilizing self-service channels for their banking needs.
  • Efficiently managing branch resources and coordinating team efforts to optimize service delivery.
  • Contributing to branch control and security protocols, working in collaboration with designated personnel.
  • Consistently meeting client needs while exceeding expectations for client experience, measured through specific performance metrics focused on customer service.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of risk management, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and Citi policies. This includes safeguarding Citi’s reputation and assets through ethical conduct and transparent reporting of any control issues.
  • Executing accurate and efficient banking transactions, including cash management and processing deposits and withdrawals.

  • A Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, and branch operations within the financial services industry.
