Resolving Service Issues and the ReConnect Program
For questions regarding service delays, missed trips, unplanned detours, UTA On Demand unavailability, or other service disruptions, contact UTA customer service. Representatives can provide detailed information and estimated arrival times for the next vehicle.
In cases of significant delays exceeding 15 minutes, you may be eligible for a ReConnect voucher. This voucher provides complimentary transportation through Lyft, Uber, or Yellow Cab/Ute Cab to help you reach your destination. Note that ReConnect is a discretionary program subject to availability and eligibility criteria. See the ReConnect FAQs for more details.

To report a lost item, utilize the online Report Lost Item Form on the UTA website. UTA operates Lost and Found offices at the following locations:
