This route launch is perfectly timed with the rollout of ‘The New Frontier,’ a comprehensive overhaul of Frontier Airlines’ product and customer service offerings. The airline is proactively addressing customer needs by focusing on transparency and flexibility. Key improvements designed to enhance frontier airline customer service include:
- Upfront Pricing Transparency: Frontier is committed to clear and upfront pricing, eliminating hidden fees and ensuring customers understand the full cost of their travel from the outset.
- No Change or Cancellation Fees: Recognizing the need for flexibility, Frontier has eliminated change and cancellation fees, offering greater peace of mind when travel plans shift.
- ‘For Less’ Price Guarantee: This guarantee assures customers they are receiving the best possible fares, reinforcing Frontier’s commitment to affordability and value.
- Extended Flight Credit Windows: Frontier is providing longer windows for flight credits, giving customers more time and flexibility to use their travel funds.
These changes are all part of Frontier’s dedication to improving frontier airline customer service and creating a more seamless and comfortable travel experience. Looking ahead, Frontier is set to introduce even more enhancements, including First Class seating and upgraded loyalty rewards for FRONTIER Miles Elite Status members, further solidifying their commitment to superior value and enhanced customer service.
For passengers seeking an even more comfortable experience, Frontier now offers UpFront Plus. This upgraded seating option, located in the first two rows of the aircraft, provides extra leg and elbow room. Passengers choosing UpFront Plus enjoy a window or aisle seat with additional legroom and the added benefit of a guaranteed empty middle seat. Adding to the premium options, Frontier will debut First Class seating on every flight starting in late 2025, promising unmatched comfort at Frontier’s signature affordable prices.
Frontier’s innovative spirit extends to its loyalty program, FRONTIER Miles. Designed to offer exceptional value, the program allows members to ‘Get It All For Less.’ Miles are earned rapidly, with members receiving 10 miles for every dollar spent on Frontier products, and multipliers increasing with elite status levels up to 20X. Elite status benefits include priority boarding, complimentary seat selection, waived change or cancellation fees (for changes made at least seven days before departure), and free baggage allowances at Gold, Diamond, and Platinum levels. From 2025, FRONTIER Miles will offer even greater rewards such as free seat upgrades, free unlimited companion travel, and the ability to redeem miles for baggage and seating bundles, making it one of the most rewarding programs in the industry and a key component of improved frontier airline customer service. Families can also easily pool miles, making it simpler to enjoy rewards together. Joining is free.
