Should the ACP end, your Fidium service will continue, but the discount will cease. You will then be responsible for the full monthly rate of your chosen internet plan. The ACP benefit is non-transferable and limited to one per household. While Fidium strives for seamless application of the discount, a one-month delay may occur. Sales tax and other required fees are not covered by the ACP.

Fidium allows flexible plan changes and service termination without early termination fees. You have the freedom to switch your ACP benefit to another participating provider at any time. Keep in mind that transferring your benefit will disqualify you from receiving the ACP discount on your Fidium service. Fidium retains the right to remove the ACP benefit if necessary.
