Join the Staples Customer Service Team

We’re currently seeking talented individuals to join our Staples Dotcom Print & Marketing Customer Service team. The start date for this role is April 21st.

Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Conduct thorough research to determine optimal solutions.
  • Provide timely follow-up and ensure issue resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Document customer interactions and relevant details.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators by meeting quality, production, and attendance standards.

Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Dedicated, distraction-free workspace/home office.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and perform PC/hardware setup.
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 9 AM and 8 PM Eastern, including weekends.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience within the past 5 years.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous work-from-home experience.
