Penske collaborated with USS to reorganize maintenance facilities, including major shops in Houston and Commerce City, Colorado. The implementation of service check-in kiosks further enhanced technician engagement. These improvements contributed to increased driver and customer satisfaction, aligning with USS’s commitment to safety.

Penske’s Fleet Insight™ application provided USS with real-time access to critical fleet data, enabling informed decision-making. This proprietary tool allows USS to track maintenance, costs, fleet age, and duty cycles, facilitating accurate planning for future capital expenditures.
