Congratulations! Upon successful completion of the assessment day and securing a role at Heathrow Airport, we’ll extend a job offer and contract, and begin pre-employment checks.

As you’ll be working at Heathrow Terminal 3, obtaining a Heathrow Airside Pass is required. This involves:

  • A criminal record check
  • An international criminal check (if applicable)
  • A 5-year work history verification

These checks are essential for maintaining the safety and security of our team and customers. We will support you through each step.

Once these checks are completed, you’ll be ready to join the Virgin Atlantic family and begin your exciting career in virgin atlantic customer service.
