This collaboration introduces efficient self-service options for both current students and alumni, making obtaining your academic documents simpler than ever. Accessing Your Unofficial Transcript via Self-Service
For current MCPHS students, accessing your unofficial transcript is readily available through the university’s Self-Service portal. This convenient option allows you to quickly view and download your academic record for personal review or advising purposes.
To access your unofficial transcript:
- Navigate to the MCPHS Self-Service login page: Self-Service
- Log in using your MCPHS credentials.
- Once logged in, locate the “Academics” menu.
- Within the Academics menu, select the “Unofficial Transcript” option.
- You will then be able to download your unofficial transcript in PDF format.
This self-service feature provides immediate access to your unofficial transcript, allowing you to stay informed about your academic progress.
Ordering Official Transcripts Online Through National Student Clearinghouse
For official transcripts, MCPHS has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide a secure and efficient online ordering system. Whether you are a current student or an alumnus, you can now request both electronic and paper official transcripts through the Clearinghouse.
The National Student Clearinghouse offers a trusted platform for secure transcript delivery. All official transcript requests for MCPHS students and alumni, including those from specific legacy institutions like Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene, Hampden College, and New England School of Acupuncture, must now be processed through the National Student Clearinghouse.
Transcript Options Available:
When ordering official transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse, you have two delivery options:
- Hard Copy Transcript: A traditional paper transcript will be printed and mailed directly to your designated recipient via USPS. Ensure you have the complete and accurate recipient address ready when placing your order.
- Electronic PDF Transcript: A secure electronic PDF transcript can be sent to the recipient’s email address. This method provides faster delivery and requires you to have the correct recipient email address at the time of ordering.
Important Information for Ordering:
- Legal Name: Official transcripts are printed with your legal name as it appears in the MCPHS student information system. Using your legal name when ordering will help prevent any delays in processing your request.
- Record Not Found Message: If you encounter a “record cannot be found” message while placing your order, do not be concerned. Proceed with your order, and the MCPHS transcript staff will investigate and reconcile your academic record to fulfill your request.

Enrollment Verification Services for MCPHS Students
MCPHS also utilizes the National Student Clearinghouse for enrollment and degree verification services, providing official documentation for various needs.
Certificate of Enrollment and Degree Verification via Myhub:
Current and former MCPHS students (excluding School of Professional Studies students) can obtain a Certificate of Enrollment directly through the National Student Clearinghouse’s Myhub website: NSC Myhub website.
Through secure data exchange, the National Student Clearinghouse can provide official enrollment verifications including:
- Enrollment status confirmation
- Dates of attendance at MCPHS
- Term start and end dates
Please note: Enrollment Certificates for terms that have not yet started are not currently available but will be offered in the future.
Custom Enrollment Certification Letters or Forms:
While the standard Certificate of Enrollment often meets most verification needs, MCPHS understands that unique situations may require a custom enrollment certification letter or form.
Before requesting a custom verification, please confirm with the requesting organization if a standard Certificate of Enrollment or Official Transcript will suffice. If a custom document is necessary, follow these steps:
Process for Requesting Custom Enrollment Verification:
- Submit a request by completing the Enrollment Verification Request form or by sending a written request.
- Clearly describe the specific information required in your custom letter or the form that needs completion.
- Include the following essential information in your request:
- Student ID number or date of birth for identification
- Year of graduation or dates of attendance at MCPHS
- Your program of study
- The address, email, or fax number where the verification should be sent.
Custom enrollment verification requests are typically processed within two to three business days of receipt.
Third-Party Agency Verifications:
Third-party agencies requiring enrollment or degree verification for MCPHS students should utilize the National Student Clearinghouse’s dedicated verification services at degreeverify.org or enrollmentverify.org. For any inquiries, agencies can contact the NSC directly at [email protected].
