Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Cathay Pacific, upholding our brand values in every interaction and providing outstanding Cathay Pacific customer service.
- Passenger Assistance: Provide courteous and efficient assistance to passengers at various airport locations, including check-in counters, departure gates, and arrival areas.
- Seamless Airport Experience: Ensure a smooth passenger journey from check-in to boarding, proactively addressing passenger needs and resolving any issues.
- Operational Support: Assist with behind-the-scenes operations tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of airport services.
- Flight Documentation: Prepare flight-related documentation, playing a crucial role in ensuring safe and on-time departures.
What We Are Looking For:
- Eligibility to work in Hong Kong.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is advantageous.
- Customer-centric attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle diverse situations and passenger requests.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1.5+ years of experience in airline, hospitality, or service industries may be considered for experienced Customer Services Officer positions with a competitive package.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test is required for this safety-sensitive role.
